The space
•    4 Comfortable Bedrooms: Drift to dreamland in beautifully furnished bedrooms, designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We also provide 2 air mattresses (1 King + 1 Queen).

For security purposes, the exterior of the house is monitored by cameras.

Pet fee: $50/pet/night 

Fee for each guest after 9: $50/guest/night

Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time due to insurance requirements. We cannot accommodate events of any kind, or gatherings that exceed the house's maximum capacity. If this interferes with your plans, we encourage you to look elsewhere for accommodation.

House Rules

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

• No smoking allowed.

• Quiet hours 9pm - 8am. No basketball during quiet hours.

• All guests and pets must be included in the reservation guest count. If they're not included in the guest count, they cannot be on property unless authorized by Serenity Stays. Unauthorized guests or events will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of the stay and a fine of $200 per unauthorized guest, including pets.

• If traveling with pets, please clean up after them.

• Pool use is at your own risk. No pets, shoes, glass, or sharp objects are allowed in the pool. No unattended children in or around the pool.

• Before entering the pool, remove the skimmer robot and turn it off. Turn it on and place it back in the pool after swimming.

• To prevent damage, close patio umbrellas when not in use, including overnight.

• To prevent damage, do not dunk or hang from the basketball rim.

• BLUE trash bin - no loose articles of any kind are allowed in the blue trash bin - only tied garbage bags.

• GREEN recycling bin - no bags are allowed in the green ♻️ bin - only cardboard and empty bottles.
